As soon as MyBackGarden achieves planning permission we
will offer the land by way of a formal tender to three carefully
selected property developers.
Once MyBackGarden have agreed a final purchase price with
the chosen developer the Option Agreement is exercised, the
land is purchased and proceeds paid to the owner, before
any work commences on site.
If the owner decides not to proceed,
for whatever reason, MyBackGarden will thank the owner
for their time and leave
on the best of terms. We work on the simple principle that
should the owner’s circumstances or intentions change,
our courteous approach means they will feel comfortable in
contacting us again at a later date.
Throughout any and all dealings with clients MyBackGarden will implement the highest standards of customer service
and integrity. Clients can rest assured that in both design
and operation, continual consideration will be given to the
